Jim McMinn has been a flusher operator for Mr. Rehab for 5 years.  Boasting over 25 years of experience, he is certified for Manhole Rehab and has an area of expertise with cleaning. 

Jim grew up in Perry County Pennsylvania.  He is a volunteer firefighter and in his spare time enjoys fishing.  He has a wife, Debra and a grandson, Austin.
