Ron Hoover has been working for Mr. Rehab since March of 2006. He has 24 years of experience in the sewer maintenance field. Ron is a project manager with Mr. Rehab. He has direct communication with the engineer and client, provides progress reports, answers client questions on what Mr. Rehab delivers, and deals with deliverables (reports, estimates, repair costs). He irons out job difficulties, contract situations, and pay estimates. Ron is “the link between the client/engineer agent and Mr. Rehab”. 

Ron has been a registered surveyor since 1985. Ron feels that it is important to address customer concerns in a timely matter, diffusing problems before they get out of hand. He remembers an example from Shrewsburg. “There was a styrene smell complaint, like the smell from the liners.” He responded immediately, giving the customer information on the liner they used.  

Ron’s favorite thing about working at Mr. Rehab is the flexibility of time and variety of tasks he can do. He finds himself wrapped up in many different things, like pricing and bid projects. His wife Kathy works at home for Mr. Rehab and helps out with data processing. In Ron’s spare time he is an active church member and enjoys spending time with his grandchildren as well as relaxing by his pool area in the summer.
