Charles is a Field Engineer at Azuria Water Solutions and is responsible for overseeing project planning, managing site surveys, and executing contract work.

Charles has a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from Jacksonville University (JU) and is currently pursuing a double master’s in business administration and organizational leadership through JU.

Prior to joining Mr. Rehab, Charles served 12 years in the Army as an Infantry Officer and Multiple Launch Rocket System Technician.

A native of Live Oak, Florida, Charles has five children, with his wife Traci and in his spare time he enjoys reading, gardening, and working out.
