Joe Mullen is Crew Leader with a decade of experience in the sewer industry. He has been with Mr. Rehab since November of 2012.

Joe’s areas of expertise include small-bore mainline lining operations, T-lining and lateral lining, point repairs and stubby lining, grouting, and TV/cleaner operations.

He is a licensed LMK Technologies technician and has earned several other certifications. Prior to joining Mr. Rehab he worked as an automobile technician.

Joe and his family live in Shermans Dale, Pennsylvania. In his spare time he likes to hunt, camp, fabricate, and spend time with his wife and children.
